The Brotherhood of St Laurence has been a leader in delivering innovative employment and participation programs for more than 20 years.

Our volunteer team is the backbone of this valuable work.

Our services

Volunteers contribute their time, skills and enthusiasm in every part of the Brotherhood's operations and programs.

Almost 1500 volunteers participate in our retail stores, online bookstore, Breakfast and Homework Clubs, training and socialisation programs.

Within our employment program Given the Chance, volunteers work in a range of capacities - business coaching and mentoring, specialist skills training, English language and numeracy training, customer service, administration and communication.
