Given the Chance is an initiative designed by the Brotherhood to assist job seekers into work, support employers to grow and diversify their workforce, and foster social benefit and connectedness in workplace communities.
We work with job seekers including young people struggling to get their first job, long term unemployed, asylum seekers or refugees, those who come from a culturally and linguistically diverse background or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.
For people interested in our business administration traineeships as part of our Crossing Bridges to Employment program, you can view our new recruitment guidelines on the Crossing Bridges page.
