Participants receive support to prepare for work, build skills, and succeed in the workplace, including one‑on‑one guidance to support learning, confidence, and long‑term employment outcomes.
Is GtC a recruitment agency?
No. GtC is not a traditional recruitment agency — it is a specialist employment program focused on inclusion, capability‑building, and sustained outcomes for both employers and participants.
What’s changing with the new GtC program?
GtC builds on more than two decades of experience and is evolving through a new delivery model in partnership with Randstad, while continuing its focus on inclusive employment and long‑term outcomes.
